I am residential Real estate appraiser. I've been appraising full time for 2 years now an I've just seen too many homes that sell with a ton of equity and renting potnetial to not take advantage of it. I figured why not start birdogging, then as I learn i'll start investing myself. I find homes for sale that have about 40-50% equity in them, rehab n flip kind of deals. The average profit on the deals i find is 40-50k.
