I'm a German who somehow ended up in north Texas and loves the Dallas Metroplex. Grew up learning from my parents the basics on real estate investing. After working in Christian Ministry and then in the corporate world, I had a change of heart and decided to work full time in real estate, to be in full alignment with my family, spiritual and financial goals. Fast forward several years, and now I operate a Property Management Company in DFW and Indianapolis, invest in rentals, and we also buy/rehab/resell properties as well in both, DFW and Indy markets. While I do state I'm a Turnkey Service Provider, we are NOT your (stereo)typical Turnkey provider. We operate more like your boots on the ground. For a reasonable fee, we do the things for our clients that they would do themselves if they were local and/or had the time to do it.
