I have owned rental properties for 10 years and I would like to change my path a bit in being an investor. I have been researching and educating myself through books, online sources, podcast, and videos. I am open to learning from others success and failures. I would like to create my own success story that I can share with others. As well as, gain and contribute valuable and necessary knowledge to and from others to become a successful individual. I'm looking to implement a system that works by productively acting on properties, contracting properties, having and utilizing the backing knowledge, accessible resources, and though continuous learning.
