I'm an international legal and conflict resolution consultant, author, and founder of A. Blanc International the firm real estate investors, landlords, executives, and businesses call when a contract, conflict, or risk is about to cost them money, reputation, or a relationship worth keeping. I also own properties in the U.S., France and Italy. And my Firm is in both the U.S., (All 50 states including Washington, DC, California, New York etc) and Paris, France. My background is in dispute resolution: I hold two legal degrees one in Litigation, HR Law, and Dispute Resolution, and a second in Mediation/Arbitration Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute. I built A. Blanc International around a simple idea most conflicts don't need a courtroom, they need someone sharp enough to see the exit before anyone else does. I split my time between the U.S. and Europe, which gives me a genuinely cross-border lens on property, expat, and international matters not just theory. I work with investors and hosts dealing with landlord-tenant disputes, STR conflicts, contract issues, vendor and buyer disputes, and the kind of situations that eat your time and patience before they eat your bottom line.
