I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and have always wanted to get involved in real estate investing in this area. I love a good project, and flipping seems ideal for my personality. Just trying to soak up all the great info here at BP and learn from all of you before I embark on this journey. The Valley is where my heart is, and I want to make it a better place, one home at a time.
