Rental Property Investor
I bought my first condo in the Hudson County, NJ area several years ago. Did some house hacking early on by renting a bedroom. Loved the idea of being a landlord. My portfolio consists of long term property investments - buy and holds in Hudson County NJ - North Bergen and Florida. Started rehab projects - short term assets/fix and flips to raise capital for other long term rentals investments. BA from Rutgers University (2019).
