I've been investing in single family homes in the East Lake, Kirkwood, and Oakhurst neighborhoods of East Atlanta since 2008, when the drop in real estate prices gave us an opportunity to enter the market. Experience: Over the last ten years, we've successfully rehabilitated properties with ARV's and selling prices ranging from $250,000 to $650,000. During the last two years, we've begun acquiring cashflowing multifamily properties, which we're improving and positioning for multiple exit strategies. Real Estate Goals: Continue our commercial real estate investing strategies while being mindful of opportunities that arise.
