I'm just beginning to get into real estate and I've been analyzing deals until I find a good one. I'm focusing on buy and hold, likely buy-rehab-rent-refinance, but am keeping my mind open to any good ideas. Currently I'm looking for properties in Madras, OR while I reside on Maui. Vacation rentals on Maui is another possibility. It all depends on the opportunities.
