Husband and wife investing team. We currently have over 30 single family rentals. Nine of those rentals are furnished short term (my fave & airbnbsuperhost). We have been active investors since 2014. Our market has challenged us to be creative with acquisitions. We were able to create enough passive income to quit our traditional jobs in 2018. Real estate has changed our lives so much that my husband walked away from his military career after 15 years of serving in the US Army Special Forces. Our quality of life has improved because of real estate. We have gained so much knowledge in the last 5 yrs that we recently published a quick beginner investor book. We do manage our rentals. My husband handles all the negotiations and contracts while I do most of the marketing, tenant acquisitions, and rentals . I'm always looking to learn and connect with other investors!
