Real estate agent/real estate investor/ fraud consultant living in the DMV. I invest in the DMV and out of state in short term rentals as well. Currently at about $7k/mo in rental income and trying to get to $10k/mo to retire my parents. As an investor, I help my real estate clients think like investors instead just plain old buyers/sellers.
