I am a buy and hold investor with 15 years of professional experience. I have a lifelong passion for property development and creating beauty where there was disrepair. There is no greater vehicle for building wealth and creating a positive impact in society. Property developers improve and revitalize neighborhoods and provide one of the most vital human needs; shelter.  I adore the amazing power of real estate investing to create generational wealth and change the course of someone's life. I started with nothing and created a multi-million dollar property portfolio through sheer determination.  I also enjoy improving the lives of others by providing jobs and employment. I started my own operational company to handle maintenance and leasing on my properties. I decided to make my employees available to other real estate investors and Athena Property Services was born. My main areas of interest are Driving for Dollars, multi-family investing and property development. In the future, I’d like to start doing large scale land development.
