James Sigsbee

I am an owner and managing broker in a commercial real estate appraisal company and a licensed appraiser/real estate agent in Georgia with 21+ years experience in real estate. I initially began investing with one single-family residence in 2010. From there, I continued to periodically buy 1-2 unit properties until moving into value-add multi-family projects in 2018 with the purchase of a 16-unit leveraging my real estate knowledge. Most recently, I co-founded a residential development firm in 2023. I am looking to increase my network and real estate portfolio as well as partner to diversify and to accomplish more together than by myself.
