Aubrey Maldonado

Hi! I'm Aubrey Maldonado. I'm a real estate investor and real estate broker in the Colorado Springs area with eXp Realty. My husband and I live in Colorado Springs, CO. We moved from the Camp Lejeune area of NC where we invest in properties near Sneads Ferry and North Topsail Island, NC. Our initial REI goal is to build a rental property portfolio of single-family and small multi-family properties. In addition to real estate, I enjoy outdoor activities/sports such as running, beach volleyball, disc golf, hiking, and horseback riding.
