I graduated with a finance degree from Washington State University in 2008. From my first day in finance, my dream was to operate an investment fund. When I entered the business world, there were limited options for me to pursue my dream. Fortunately I stumbled into mortgage lending, and learned about real estate. I was able to review investor portfolios and see the potential of real estate investing long term, and the pitfalls that led to failure. I determined a strategy to get started and since then I have built a vertically integrated business focused on multiple disciplines of real estate and investing. Experience: With over 11 years in real estate, I have originated roughly a quarter billion in residential mortgage loans. Have launched a local luxury home building brand, developed and built a portfolio of multi family apartment holdings, and created a deal flow pipeline through direct to consumer marketing. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build a portfolio of mixed use and multifamily properties that generate 1 million per month in gross cash flow with 20% margin. With the end goal being operating the business while traveling the world or sipping pina colada's in Maui. Currently Seeking: I am looking for multi family development property, construction financing, and capital for real estate development projects. I am also looking for builders and or general contractors in Seattle market that would like to grow their business through joint venture on residential construction projects.
