My husband and I have some experience managing a "flip." My inlaws and husband inherited a house in poor condition, added $40,000 in value in 3 months and sold it at a cost of less than $15,000. This jumpstarted our interest in real estate investing. Our goal is to grow our business enough to quit our 9-5 jobs. We are currently working to close on a flip in the Ellet Area.
