Austin Bosgraf

I am a 20 year old college student who will be graduating undergrad spring of 2027 with an Information Systems Management & Business Admin major, as well as a cybersecurity minor. I am interested in real estate investment as a way to build generational wealth, to have something I can one day run with my brother, and to have something to leave for my children long after I am gone. Currently I am very new to real estate with no properties to my name, but I have been listening to a lot of podcasts from bigger pockets and reading some of the literature they recommend. I am fairly financially literate to begin with, having most of my money in the stock market, but I am looking for an investment strategy that is more involved and has a higher potential for growth. Any and all advice is welcomed!
