I am a real estate broker in Austin texas first licensed in 1988. It was then that I started selling in the brokerage business.After 20 plus years I have done so many residential transactions I can't count them and many other sorts of transactions from simple residential leases to small commercial building sales, listing and sales of small multi-family, vacant land sales...you name it.
