I have worked very hard in my short life, and put in more hours than most do in a lifetime! I am now highly motivated to acquire as much knowledge as possible to make my money work for me in real estate investing. I have built my own house which has been featured in a couple "Barndominum" platforms so I would enjoy flipping but would like to be set up with a more passive income first. Securing a more predictable income before (with what i would call) "playing" in the flipping market.
