Austin Deardorff

My name is Austin Deardorff. I am currently in my senior year at Purdue University studying Mechanical Engineering. Although my background is in engineering, I am an entrepreneur at heart and have already involved myself in starting up multiple ventures and turning ideas into reality. Only a few months ago, I decided to dive into the world of real estate investing and since then, my perspective on the world has changed drastically (when I thought it had already changed substantially from running a startup). Although I do not currently own any property, I have been diving heavily into acquiring as much knowledge as possible on real estate investing, and a few colleagues and I plan on owning our own property prior to our graduations in May of 2017. Hopefully reading my profile further will help define what types of properties I'm looking for and what I can get out of bigger pockets - although don't let this speak for my colleagues, these are simply personal goals.
