I moved from Dayton, OH to Columbus in 2020 after graduating and currently work at a CPA firm focusing in real estate & construction. I began listening to Bigger Pockets during the pandemic and everything made sense about financial freedom and real estate being one of the best ways to achieve that. I am a family man that loves traveling to National Parks and try to go abroad at least once a year before my wife and I have kids. Future ambitions would be to replace my current W-2 with (somewhat) passive rental income.
