After the realization that I should focus on my financials at the moment before getting into my first deal and learn as much as I can in the meantime I've come to the conclusion that I need to somehow increase my income and what better way to do that than through working with/for somebody in the business. Currently seeking a buy and hold and/or fix and flip investor in the DFW area, at any stage of their investing career, who is in need of a partner or just some extra help from someone who is handy and has experience in construction. I can demo a bathroom, throw down some floors, slam some cabinets, replace old siding, mow the lawn, clean a property, just run some errands or oversee a rehab in my spare time. All I ask for in return is some extra cash that I can use towards my first deal and any education of the business you can give me. Experience: First got a sense of the real estate market when working in the moving industry in Austin, TX four years ago. Several years of commercial and residential construction and carpentry. Currently working as a carpenter in the DFW area. Real Estate Goals: • Do my first deal in 2018 • Continue to scale my investing through flipping of single family homes and buy and holds of single family homes and multi families • financial freedom • be my own boss • give myself the ability to continue going to school
