Hello! I am a full-time maintenance technician in the Pocatello area who has become determined to obtain a stable flow of passive income through rental property investing. I plan on using my VA loan to obtain a multi-family property to house hack so I can begin to understand landlord-tenant relations and what property management is all about. I would like to begin my portfolio in the Pocatello area and build a solid portfolio base before looking out of state.
