Controller for the Wilf family real estate operations in MN which includes Viking Lakes, a 200+ acre master-planned development in Eagan, MN, home to the Minnesota Vikings. Also work with various other real estate development projects around the Twin Cities. Previously I was a Construction and Real Estate CPA where I worked with a variety of investors, developers and contractors on both the tax and assurance side. My investment experience consists of single family, land, condos, apartments, fix and flips and buy and holds in several different states. My primary focus now is single-family land development.
