My Mission is to Grow and Give with Abundance One thing everyone can get behind is clean, sustainable water solutions. As a West Point graduate, I transitioned from my Army Engineering officer career to serve as a program manager supporting water infrastructure projects delivering reliable water solutions across the Greater Phoenix area. Of equal concern to me is lack of financial education in America & it's cascading impacts on the country's entrepreneurial backbone. I feel we are at a time where people will need to start taking care of people. I aim to serve that cause with my company, Generational Growth. I help real estate investors and small business owners think differently about capital structure. While I originally entered this space through real estate investing and privatized banking concepts, I found many of the same challenges repeat across businesses: high taxes, trapped capital, expensive financing, poor liquidity, and a lack of coordinated planning. My work with Generational Growth is rooted with a philanthropic core. As a brown belt in jiujitsu, I’ve seen how martial arts can transform lives. My work is integrated to support initiatives that create greater access and opportunity for the jujitsu & disabled communities to fulfill my mission of giving with abundance. My niche in the real estate world is turnkeys & I pair this strategy with private lending note stacking to increase cash flow; learned a ton on scaling this model.
