Austin Jay Toniolo

Citizen of the world, and originally born in Argentina. I have been residing in Delaware since 2012. Two years prior to my departure from the Active Duty U.S. Air Force (October 2018), I picked up my father’s international real estate investment skills, and I began investing in residential properties in the U.S. and Argentina. During that timeframe, I acquired 5 income-producing and new-construction overseas projects, and that was the source of which I became committed to pursue and master a career in real estate investing. During the last couple of months in the Active Duty Air Force, my then Argentine high school sweetheart (and now my wife) sailed off to Delaware, where we submerged full time into the real estate investing waters and founded RoJay Select Homes LLC. Now RoJay professionally repositions residential properties in the market place in the fashion of fix and flips, wholesales, and long-term holdings. Not only I joined New York City’s prestigious Fordham Jesuit University to continue honing my professional skills and serve the real estate community at greater scale, but I am also a Realtor with Linda Vista Real Estate services servicing the great State of Delaware. We now opened a new chapter in our professional lives and began building assisted living homes while holding long term investments. My wife Romy professionally roller blades, and I enjoy making music on my guitar. We both delight in ice skating, nerding out (health/nutrition/psychology/universal laws) and spending time with the RoJay team and our families.
