Seasoned real estate professional with a strong background in residential sales, REO, and personal real estate investments. Over the past several years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the real estate industry from multiple perspectives—sales, operations, and investment—allowing me to provide strategic and results-driven solutions for homeowners and investors alike. As a lead real estate agent in Orange County, I led a team of four buyer agents, driving $63.9M in team sales over three years with Kristin Halton of The Halton Group. In addition to sales, I supported The Halton Group as Director of Operations, successfully managing $24.9M in sales over two years. Prior to that, I personally closed $7.6M in sales when starting as an independent agent. Beyond traditional real estate, I have experience in REO, having managed a portfolio of over 250 distressed properties valued at over $118M. I start my career at Houzz, managing home remodeling and design clients. On the investment side, I purchased my first properties—a set of two four-plexes in Tucson, AZ—at 25 years old alongside partners. Today, I own and self-manage an out-of-state Airbnb in Jacksonville, FL, gaining firsthand experience in short-term and long-term rental management and out-of-state investing. Originally from Pasadena, CA, I attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, where I developed a passion for real estate and entrepreneurship. Now working as a Business Development Manager at Rincon Property Management in Ventura, I help homeowners and investors achieve financial freedom through tailored real estate solutions and expert property management.
