I've spent most of my adult life working in construction management. I have extensive experience in land developement, residential/commerical remodeling, multi-family and single family new construction. I am the President of a privately held real estate development and home building company handling all aspects of the development process including acquisition, concept planning, financing, site work, permitting and regulatory work, construction and sale. We are currently building 50+ single family spec homes and developing two residential subdivisions in Pace and Gulf Breeze, FL for a total of 245 single family lots. I'm looking to expand my network, meet new people in the real estate world, and of course generate more leads! WE BUY LAND, FORECLOSED PROPERTIES, TEARDOWN HOMES, ETC!
