Hello BP Community, I am an ambitious 35 year old young man who loves his faith, family and Real Estate; the challenges and possibilities that lie within each. From an early age I have been active in out-of-state Real Estate, mainly new construction. I would not consider myself a newbie persay, however there is still an enormous amount of knowledge which I remain eager to learn. I am grateful that BP provides a perfect platform for expanding my Real Estate horizons. Experience: Primary role on multiple new construction investment properties, predominately in the State of NC. Minor role on multiple NY flips. Real Estate Goals: Build up a diversified portfolio which produces sustained wealth. Connect with solid Real Estate investing mentors who believe in paying it forward, similar to what I aspire to do for others in the future. Currently Seeking: Looking to connect with solid Flipper Mentors in my immediate surrounding areas such as NJ and Connecticut. I would also love to connect with a Mentor in the more profitable rental investment property markets such as Arizona, Orlando, Indiana, Michigan, etc. Always in search of great cash flow investment opportunities with 20+ percent equity and opportunities to flip < 100K properties.
