Newbie to real estate investing. My husband and I are looking to invest in buy and hold properties and small multi-family units in the DFW and possibly Memphis, TN areas. Full-time physician/DDS couple looking to build a real estate portfolio over time that provides passive income. We love our professions, but want to be able to one day work solely for the joy of what we do, not for a paycheck.
