I am a recent graduate of uWaterloo with a degree in Mathematics who became obsessed with Shark Tank / Dragon's Den. I started reading about personal finance and learnt about real estate. After buying my first house, a new build, I have become really interested in real estate. This year I am on track to complete 2 flips and make some ridiculous ROI.
