Investor in the Chicago land market. Started listening to biggerpockets podcasts in late 2015 while at work and it changed my interest in real estate into a passion, so I started learning. I've done wholesaling and recently passed the Illinois brokers exam. I am currently looking to expand my knowledge and network. I always looking learn, and to grow eventually venturing into the wider aspects of investing and seeing what being an investor agent takes me. I have a full time job and I would like to do real estate part time until I can get stable.
