Updated 12/1/2020 Attorney, wannabe farmer and buy/hold real estate investor Experience: I started investing in 2006 and I currently have 40 units. I have been involved in buying and selling 150+ units and two trailer parks. I self manage my properties-poorly. Real Estate Goals: I am currently selling most of my portfolio because people be crazy! I anticipate a downturn coming and I plan to be sitting on cash and going back in as big as I can.
