About myself
Here at Area Homeowner Solutions, we wholesale houses. We work for landlords and for rehabbers getting them rock-bottom prices on single family homes in the Capital District. We also find duplexes. Visit us today at www.GreatInvestorDeals.com. Our other niche is we help realtors who have listings about to expire. Our company- The Perfect Tenant, LLC runs a lease option business. We pay a percentage of the realtor's commission upfront on listings they might have lost.
