I'm a real estate investor who has been in the business since 2001 in multiple capacities including buy and hold, BRRRR and short term rentals. I own a few multi unit mixed use buildings and 1 vacation rental (TheLakePlacidHouse.com) in Lake Placid, NY and manage vacation rental properties in Myrtle Beach, SC and Chestertown, NY. I am looking for more opportunities for short term rentals as well as BRRRR mixed use and multi-family opportunities.
