58 Y.O. Discovered what I needed to know to get out of being broke last year ( 2014) ( Rich Dad audiobook on youtube) made the decision to get out of that mind set and start building something that would put serious cash in my pocket. (Translates to: I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.) Plan is: sell current asset, ( Old house), use the cash from it to find something I can make a decent start with and build some income generating assets. The bottom line is get my foot in this door come you know what or high water. Hopefully while this is going on, fix my 22' project boat and get a bit of sailing in off and on in between all of this.
