Barry Collier

I have been a software engineer, entrepreneur, and accredited investor in internet technology startups for the last 20+ years. On the real estate side, I am a passive investor in roughly a dozen syndicated commercial real estate deals in the Kansas City and Austin markets. I have primarily focused on multi-family, but also have some retail and office space investments as well. I am currently interested in getting more involved in notes - both as a passive fund investor and also as an active buyer/seller as I continue to learn the ropes of the industry.
