Hello! I am a real estate investor in Southeast Iowa. Together with my husband and two children, we mostly buy and hold single family homes as rentals. We have been working our business since 2017. So not long, but we are known in our small town for buying the worst places and making them into affordable, quality homes for renters. My son is 6 and already knows the business! When we drive around town he will point out a house and say “that one is REALLY ugly...let’s buy it”. That makes me smile. Our 13 year old daughter already has big ideas for using real estate to fund her future plans. We have about 25 deals under our belts and looking to keep learning and growing.
