I have been investing in multi family properties and mixed use properties for 16 years. Mainly in the City of Chicago. Been doing lot of rehab / value-add/ hold but open to flip as well . Always looking for cash flowing deals in B and C areas. Also open to partnering in large syndication deals. Looking to connect with like minded investors, syndicators, contractors, investor friendly brokers and wholesalers.
