Looking to make some investments, interested in places that need work. I have done some reface/fixer projects. Experience: Have bought and sold 4 properties in the Bay Area including a SFR from an auction. Also owned and operated a strip mall in Lawrenceville near Atlanta. It had 14 retail shops, 30,000 sq ft. Real Estate Goals: Long term income Currently Seeking: MF or lot to build MF units on. SFH lots. Fixer SFH or 2-6 units MF
