Bartosz Rosol

My name is Bart and I'm originally from Europe. When I was 3 years old my family and I left Poland in pursuit of a better life. I currently live in Philadelphia with my wife, and I am attempting financial freedom through Real Estate. Although I am new to Real Estate, I do have experience in the financial sector. I currently work as an analyst on the trading floor for a wall street firm. I have an analytical mindset which helps ground my decision making. I am still in the beginning stage of my career, but my motivation is strong. I am currently educating myself through books, podcasts, and seminars. I am open to networking with brokers, agents, investors, contractors, or anyone else that works in RE in the Philadelphia / Montgomery County area. My goal is to close on my first MFH (2-4 unit) property by Oct 19'. Most recently I started co-hosting three private room listings on Airbnb. 2020 - **Purchased first duplex off market in Roxborough Philadelphia on 06/20. Lightly rehabbed the upstairs unit and stabilized the property by finding tenants. 2021 - Currently searching for the next property as I have been mailing out letters to owners. Additionally I am looking to establish banking relationships in Philadelphia.
