Bart Shirley

Hello! I am a new wholesaler and flipper from Katy, Texas. I have been in and out of real estate my whole life. I helped to flip a couple of houses about 20 years ago, I worked for a time in a real estate appraisal office, and my father has been a real estate broker for decades. However, this latest bit is my first time out on my own, and I have much to learn. So, I'm glad to find Bigger Pockets where I can connect, learn, and avoid some of the growing pains associated with becoming a successful real estate investor.
