I am a new real estate investor in the Northern Virginia area primarily interested in fix/flip properties. I have worked as a project manager for a fix and flip investor in the DMV area from 2011 - 2013 and have been working as an estimator for a large general contractor in the Northern Virginia Area for the past six years. I am here looking to learn more about financing strategies and systems to help scale up a fix and flip business as well as possible potential buy/rent/hold strategies for a more passive income stream. I'm also here to make connections to others in the real estate investment community.
