I am a new real estate investor with an interest in flipping/rehabbing ugly houses and making them into desireable housing. My wife and I have done 3 live and flips over the past two decades, and are currently living out of our Ford Transit van and traveling the country. We'd love to use the skills that we have gained over the years into an income source that can support our nomadic lifestyle.
