My company provides a full array of development services for a project, handling all aspects of a transaction from site selection through final development approvals. In its mortgage lending capacity, the Company works with real estate investors financing their acquisition of distressed property, both residential and commercial. The Company is a Licensed Lender originating hard money loans and conventional mortgages through its network of investors. Equity Lending is a registered d/b/a of the Company.
