I bought my first Milwaukee investment property in Aug. 2020 and now own 2 small multi-family buildings (2-unit & 4-unit). I have owned rental condos in Chicago previously (kept our primary residences for a while when I married my wife and we moved to WI). I am currently a stay-at-home dad, looking to grow my portfolio in multi-family quickly but wisely. Open to partnerships. Up until this point my career has been in SaaS sales.
