I currently own 5 units (1 4plex and 1 SFH investment property). I am currently working on purchasing my second 4plex. I am looking for great 4plexes with potential. I am also looking into getting into BRRR for SFH. I have cash, but haven’t had luck with property leads yet. I would love to help other RE investors as well. I can help with house hacks and BRRR or even ensuring that your first home purchase will convert well to your first rental property.
