Fausto Carosella

I'm an early 30's guy relocated to Florida. I've had experience in rental properties with my dad virtually my whole life in the northeast. I'm attempting to look at RE investing as owning a business as opposed to being a landlord like he is. I constantly have my head in a RE book, but after reading these forums for months I've realized I've barely scratched the surface of my education! I hope everyone can help me develop my strategies and answer my questions along the way!
