I live in Toronto, Canada. I started my investment journey in 2020. Started with buy-and-holds and then quickly pivoted to single-family fix and flips. I've executed several flips since the first one in early 2021; primarily in Alberta and Ontario regions in Canada. The market slow down of 2022 - 2023 did affect me; and I'm in the process of recovering. Currently looking into some projects in Ohio, USA. I will update my profile once I start investing in the US.
