Beau Hollis

Louisville, KY based Real Estate Investor/Wholesaler. Experience: Local Louisville, Kentucky wholesaler and do anywhere from 4-10 deals a month in our market and over 200 deals total and counting. I love Real Estate and have been featured on the Wholesaling INC, Real Estate Investing Mastery Podcast, and the REI LIVE podcasts. Love to network and collaborate with other local and national wholesalers who are doing deals at a high level to see how we can help each other maximize our time and potential. I also host a monthly real estate Meetup on the 1st Monday of the month. DM me for details. Real Estate Goals: Scale the wholesaling side of the business so we're doing 10-20 deals a month locally on a consistent basis. Expand to other markets nationally and build a national rental portfolio. Currently Seeking: Looking for investors who are looking for wholesale deals in Louisville, KY. Full-Time Investor who's looking for serious connections to get deals done.
