I have had a long desire to be involved in real estate investing, however I never had the extra cash on hand to begin. I recently purchased The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate and have been learning the different techniques involved with the program. I plan to begin with methods such as the double escrow and once established with some cashflow become involved with option to buy and mortgage notes. I am hoping to use Real Estate plus my main career as a registered nurse for the first year to pay off college loans and then once the Real Estate invensting grows large enough, focus only on that.
